WebMatrix is a free, light-weight web development tool launched in 2010. It's concentrate is on simplifying the web development experience for ASP.NET and PHP, and much more recently node. one of my friend suggested this software to me ,it is very use full and user friendly so I recommend it for students, developers, and web masters that either don't need or don't want the whole Visual Studio experience. It's also a good companion to Sublime Text 2. You will find Git extensions, LESS, simple deployment and much more for that front-end developer.
